“People with goals succeed because they know where they are going.”
—Earl Nightingale

Setting individual and team goals is a fundamental part of coaching. By developing and building smaller goals that support one another, larger victories can be achieved. A team goal board is a great way to show your athletes how these smaller achievements will cumulatively get them to ultimate season goals. A great addition to any locker room, team goal boards help you set the bar high and easily track progress along the way.

CUSTOMIZED DESIGN

Every Team Fitz Goal Board is as custom as the goals you’ve set for your team. The design can be configured to track any goal regardless of sport. The most popular style is set up in a grid format with goals running from top to bottom and schedule running from left to right.

Simply send us a list of the goals you would like to track and a copy of your schedule to get started. Our in-house design staff will put together a custom layout for your review. As with all Team Fitz projects, there are never any setup charges or art fees to worry about.

BUILT TO LAST (AND UPDATE EASILY)

Featuring durable materials, construction methods and sub-surface graphics, these boards are designed to be reused season after season. Goals and opponents change yearly at a minimum. Your goal board should be flexible enough to keep up. Goals and opponents are printed on removable labels allowing you to rearrange and replace labels as needed and without hassle.

FLEXIBLE BOARD OPTIONS

Team Fitz Goal Boards offer a lot of flexibility. Goal, opponent, and achievement markers are typically printed on static cling material. This standard option allows you to simply peel and stick reusable clings as the seasons or goals change.

If you choose to upgrade to a magnetic board, we can also offer magnetic goal markers. In addition, every goal board features a dry erase surface allowing the entire board to be written on. This is great if you feel more comfortable writing in or checking off your goals.
