Over the past 11 years, Team Fitz Graphics has grown from a few college friends with an idea to a sustainable, thriving business. The past 12 months have been a thrilling, formative ride, as the idea we started with more than a decade ago has taken shape in the great work we do with our clients.
At Team Fitz, we do not work hard to earn awards, and we certainly do not need awards to affirm the level of products we produce for our customers. But it’s truly an honor that the community has taken note of our hard work and made the effort to recognize us with some distinguished awards.
Finally, we have some accomplishments to put on the all-time Team Fitz Record Board.
Inc. 5000 List (#2579)
The Inc. 5000 list is a product of Inc. Magazine which considers itself “The most trusted source of inspiration, education and connection for the owners of fast-growing private businesses”. The Inc. 5000 list recognizes the 5,000 fast-growing privately-owned companies in the United States.
To qualify for the list, companies must have a revenue of more than two million dollars and are ranked by their 3-year growth rate. In the early years of Team Fitz, it was not known if we would ever have the revenue or a high enough growth rate to qualify. It is an honor to be right in the middle of the 5,000 list and ranked number 25 of companies in Cincinnati.

Cincinnati Fast 55
Along the same lines as the Inc. 5000, the Fast 55 is a list created by the Cincinnati Business Courier to recognize the 55 fastest growing companies in the Cincinnati area. To make the list, Team Fitz had to have one of the highest of revenue growth percentages from 2015 to 2017.
Nominees were divided into five revenue categories, which makes Team Fitz one of the 11 fastest growing Cincinnati companies in the category. The award was complemented with a ceremony in downtown Cincinnati where we had the opportunity to meet and hang out with other local business leaders

Best Workplaces in Ohio 2018
One of the coolest honors we’ve received this year is being included on the list of 2018 Best Workplaces in Ohio. What makes this accomplishment cool is that the rankings are based on employee surveys. Company ownership could not participate in the survey and the results are independent. This recognition comes from our tremendous team who show up every day ready to put in their best effort. We are truly nothing without the people who work here.
It’s our goal to support a work environment that creates a positive culture, challenges employees, and makes everyone feel appreciated. This award goes a long way in reminding everyone that we have a good thing going, and they should be proud of the company they’re helping to build.

Cincinnati Business Courier Best Places to Work 2018
For the second year in a row, we made the list of the Cincinnati Business Courier’s Best Places to Work. We won our category in 2017 after finishing a narrow second place in 2016. All winners are determined based on a score assigned to employee surveys.
This award was highlighted with a big pep-rally style ceremony where all finalists come together to hear the announcement of the winners. To celebrate our nomination, our whole company went to a local brewery beforehand and had custom t-shirts made.

Bringing home hardware and seeing our company name in print is fun. It can provide some interesting pride points to share with others when talking about jobs and careers.
